ioVista currently looking for a highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven eCommerce Project Manager to join our team. S/he will be responsible for overseeing ecommerce projects from kickoff through launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional commerce experiences, while managing timeline and budget
Responsibilities
Scope and define projects, outlining the necessary deliverables, their timing, and cost
Support the sales/account management teams in proposal development and presentations to clients as needed
Manage client expectations across all projects after the scope of work has been agreed to
Maintain proper lines of communication across entire project team
Ensure that each project budget is planned, spent, and tracked
Work with Technical and QA teams to schedule production releases and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily tested before deployment
Qualifications
Experience with architecting and implementing Magento solutions, methodologies, and best practices
3+ years of project management experience preferably with Magento
Experience in a client-facing role as the main point of contact
Knowledge of retail industry, Wholesale, POS, ERP, Order Fulfillment
Experience with Web Platforms including (Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce)
Understanding of the facets of various marketing technology solutions for both B2B and B2C clients
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, building and managing bi-weekly Sprint plans, manage scope of work, assessing resources, budgeting, risk management, scheduling and estimating
Proven track record of managing multiple projects
Prior experience managing timelines and budgets
Experience and skills working with external vendors for software development and integrations
Excellent client-facing written, oral communication and presentation skills
