Thomas McNutt, the founder of Toledo Physical Education Supply was a Physical Education Teacher for 18 years with the Washington Local School District in Toledo Ohio.
As a teacher, he was frustrated by the poor service and high prices he paid for the equipment needed to run his elementary physical education program. This frustration eventually led to the founding of Toledo Physical Education Supply.
